TV Trays

I've done these kids' trays for awhile. I just don't think to post pics of them. Mine has two that he loves to eat on. I'll have to start putting them on here. This one and another one without the name were done for our sitter. I don't use projectors or anything like that. They must be done with paintpens because the acrylic paint peels right off-been there, done that.

Twins' Canvases

Pottery?

This plate was by request from my sister-in-law Karen, for the kids' Santa plate. I went to Different Strokes in Fayetteville to paint it, along with my mother-in-law's platter I did. I forgot to take a picture of that. Pottery is different than painting canvases, but then it's kind of the same. Technique is very similar. I enjoyed going there and painting. I wish I had time to do something for myself. Maybe soon.

Last Christmas Items

King Canvases

My good friend Kim, ordered three of these for herself and her colleagues. This isn't the actual final pic. There will be white furry, feathery trim at the bottom, but as I messed with it, I began to break out in a rash from it. I guess I was allergic to the feathers. So, Kim said she would glue it on the bottom for me. So, I guess if you want something with the trim, you might have to do it for me!

Brain Lapse

Okay, with the amount of stuff that's in my head right now, juggled around with school work, house work, painting, and Parker, plus trying to run, I am a little frazzled, though trying to stay on top of everything to keep from having another MRI done. Kirbey's canvas, who I had in the fourth grade and can still remember her handwriting, was misspelled. I forgot the "e". I knew as it hung there, I would look at it and think, there's something wrong with this, I just don't know what. Anyway, I redid her's and also wanted turquoise background instead. I was too concerned that I would misspell Sydney's name. Ha!

Christmas Orders

I am slammed for Christmas, so I won't be taking anymore orders. I have worked lots over the Thanksgiving break. I have three for a friend and her colleagues that I'll post soon. Sydney's isn't done since I haven't attatched the ribbon. Her sister, Kirby is a former student of mine and I teach with her mom. This is a pretty fun time to paint.
